Guy Butters is an experienced centre half, he started his career in pro football playing for Tottenham in the later years of the 1980's. Since then he has enjoy spells playing for Southend, Portsmouth, Gillingham, Barnet and Oxford. Butters signed for Brighton in 2002 and in the 2003/4 season he was voted as player of the season due to the help he gave the team to gain promotion to the championship.
