Miller offered Gills hope

Gillingham manager Mark Stimson has insisted that Adam Miller may not have played his last game for the League One outfit.

The midfielder has teamed up with League Two promotion chasers Dagenham & Redbridge on a one-month loan.

The 27-year-old has played over 70 times for the Gills following his arrival from Stevenage Borough in 2007 and he was one of Stimson's first signings.

Speaking to Kent Online, Stimson said: "Adam is someone who doesn't like sitting around and watching.

"He wants to go and play some football and it's great that he's shown that desire. He wants to go away and get fit and we wish him all the best.

"Come the end of the month we'll assess it, but the door is not shut for him."
