The Gills scored a total of 10 goals without reply in home wins against Swindon, Exeter and Millwall, with Barcham grabbing the opener in the 2-0 win over Kenny Jackett's side at the weekend. He told the Kent News: "The gaffer's brought in players that he wants to play a certain way and we're more than happy to do that. "We've got a lot of running off the ball, pace and people who can create. When you have that you're going to score goals. "It's really exciting and a pleasure to be in the team."
