Julian keen to keep his place
Royce has been out of action since early December due to a knee injury, which has given Julian the perfect opportunity to stake his claim for the number one jersey. Julian told the Kent Messenger: "This run of games has been nice because the longest I've ever played is four games and I feel a lot more like myself again. "Sometimes I rant and rave and do things that make people laugh but that's the way I am. I definitely feel more like myself and I'm confident. "If you want to get on in the game you have to perform and it could be Peter Schmeichel behind me, it doesn't matter, I have to do what I have to do."
