Julian expecting stiff competition
Gillingham goalkeeper Alan Julian is predicting a tough battle in the race for promotion from npower League Two this season.
The Gills, along with Wycombe, Southend and Stockport, are looking to make an immediate return to League One.
Julian told Press Association Sport: "It's going to be a tough division.
"We found out last time we were in it it was tough, but the boys did really well and we got ourselves out of it. It's not going to be easy, any division in the world whoever you play for it's always tough.
"But we've just got to focus on ourselves and make sure we're right every single game."
