Jepson warning for Gills

Gillingham manager Ronnie Jepson has warned his side that they must take their chances if they are to move away from the wrong end of the League One table.
A 2-0 home reverse at the hands of Scunthorpe left the Gills one off the foot of the table, with only Rotherham, who started with a ten-point penalty, beneath them.
Jepson told the Kent Messenger: "The buck stops with me.
"We'll regroup and I take full responsibility for the results and I won't hide behind anybody.
"When we've got teams on the rack, we've got to stick the ball into the back of the net.
"If you don't stick those chances away then you're going to struggle."
