Jepson plays down pressure

Gillingham manager Ronnie Jepson claims he doesn't feel under pressure despite the club's poor start to the new season.
The Gills are currently rooted to the foot of the League One table after three successive defeats, but Jepson is confident his players can turn around results and live up their tag of pre-season promotion candidates.
Gillingham welcome Walsall to the Priestfield on Saturday.
"It goes with the territory. When you come into these jobs, you know exactly what it is all about," he told the club's official website.
"As pressure goes, I'd feel under more pressure if I was out in Iraq.
"I just hope the lads don't go out there feeling nervous. I don't mind taking a bit of flak for them. The buck stops with me.
"I just want the players to go out and express themselves, both for the supporters and me.
"I will feel a lot better at ten-to-five on Saturday with three points on the board."
