Hessenthaler: League Two are scared of us

Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler believes the rest of League Two are wary of his in-form team. The Gills have picked up four points from promotion rivals Rotherham and Crewe in the last last week to get themselves firmly in the promotion mix. Since losing at home to Crewe in mid-November the Gills have climbed from 22nd to sixth with just two defeats in 15 matches and none from their last five games. "Nobody wants to play us at the moment because of the form that we are in," Hessenthaler told the club`s official website. "There is no real consistency elsewhere. Over the last 15 games we have been the consistent side. "Everybody in this league will slip up and (league leaders) Chesterfield are doing that themselves. We have only had two defeats from the last 15. That is a fantastic return after we were all down in the dumps."
