Hess frustrated after stalemate

Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler felt they should have claimed all three points after the goalles draw at Shrewsbury. Neither side could break the deadlock while Shrews had skipper Ian Sharps sent off in the final minute for violent conduct. Hessenthaler said: "I have seen the stats and we had 51% of the possession against a side who are third in the table and we had 12 shots, unfortunately most of them off-target. "But over the 90 minutes their keeper had to work a lot harder than ours. It is the best we have played away from home and probably should have gone on to win the game. We had opportunities to go in leading at half-time and it is a bit of a concern that we didn't take them."
