Gills turn to Larrieu

Gillingham have signed Plymouth Argyle's French goalkeeper Romain Larrieu on an emergency one-week loan deal.

The Gills turned to Larrieu after Luton Town recalled Dean Brill to Kenilworth Road.

Larrieu has been at Home Park since December 2000, making nearly 200 first-team appearances for the Pilgrims.

However, this season he has made just four outings for Plymouth, being forced to act as back-up to Luke McCormick for Ian Holloway's side.
