Gillingham midfielder Mark Bentley has said manager Andy Hessenthaler has brought new discipline to the squad.Bentley told BBC Radio Kent: "We've certainly got the respect there, which maybe lapsed slightly last year. "A few of the boys would admit they took their foot off the pedal, not taking the mickey or anything, but getting away with a few things."
