Gills extend Nutter contract

Gillingham defender John Nutter has signed a new one-year contract with the newly-promoted club.
The 26-year-old helped the Gills earn a place in League One via the play-offs, having moved to Priestfield in late 2007 from Stevenage Borough.
Nutter has since racked up 79 appearances for Mark Stimson's side, scoring just once in the process.
Meanwhile, Gills boss Stimson is waiting to see if he has been successful with an approach to former Oldham Athletic midfielder Kevin Maher.
He told the club's official website: "I've already had talks with Kevin and we're waiting to hear back from him."
