Gills' Akinfenwa joins Cobblers

Northampton Town have re-signed Adebayo Akinfenwa after the striker rejected a new deal at Gillingham.The 29-year-old, who left the Cobblers for Priestfield last summer, has agreed a two-year deal at Sixfields. "I am highly delighted to have secured Bayo's signature," said Northampton manager Gary Johnson.
