The 20-year-old forward has already enjoyed two loan spells in League One with Hereford and Swansea and will go straight into the Gills squad to face Southend in the FA Cup this weekend after joining the club on a three-month deal.[LNB]Brandy told BBC Radio Kent: "Obviously at United at this stage I'm never going to be in front of Rooney, Berbatov, Owen or anyone that's there.[LNB]"Reserve-team football is competitive but at my age you need to be in a league where it's going to be more competitive, so I think a loan spell was the best for me.[LNB]"I just want to play games and I want to impress. You've got to treat it like it's your own club and give it 100%."[LNB]Gills boss Mark Stimson added: "Hopefully he can come here and help us get through to the next round of the Cup and move up the league. He's up for the challenge and we're looking forward to him being here."[LNB][LNB]
