Stimson arrived at Priestfield in November 2007 but was unable to prevent the club from relegation last year. He has revolutionised the playing staff and just three players from the pre-Stimson era were in the 16-man squad for Sunday's play-off semi-final win over Rochdale. "After the summer, I started to enjoy it again," he said. "I didn't enjoy last year because I don't like losing football matches and I hate players who just take money and don't work. "I had to put up with that last year and now I've got a bunch of players who are on nowhere near as much wages as the old lot but want to win and it's brought my buzz back to it. "It's made me enjoy it much more, winning games, but also just to be working with their enthusiasm."
