Gillingham's first-choice goalkeeper Alan Julian and understudy Lance Cronin are among eight players released on Tuesday by the League Two club.Also departing Priestfield is the club's longest-serving current player Mark Bentley, who had recently returned from a loan spell at Cambridge.
