Meanwhile, fellow midfield man Curtis Weston is delighted that his first season at Priestfield after arriving from Leeds ended in success. "I came here to play games and to try and get promotion, which I have done," he said. "I'm overwhelmed and I'm really happy about it. "The lads are brilliant, when I came in they welcomed me straight away and we've all enjoyed this experience, so it's been really good."
