Fully-fit squad for Gills

Gillingham are set to boast a fully-fit squad for the visit of Carlisle.

Striker Danny Kedwell and defender Adam Barrett trained on Thursday having overcome injury concerns this week, although the pair both started last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Port Vale.

Adebayo Akinfenwa has been struggling with illness but should also be fine for the clash at Priestfield.

Midfielder Charlie Allen, who has largely been on the periphery of first-team matters this term, will play no part having on Thursday joined Skrill Premier side Tamworth on loan until the new year.

Carlisle striker Lee Miller is pushing for a return to the starting line-up.

Miller, restricted to six league starts for the Cumbrians this season following suspension and a calf injury, was a second-half substitute in last week's defeat to Bristol City.

Chris Chantler (ankle) may be included in the squad for the first time this season after being sidelined for nine months.

Winger Matty Robson is expected to start at left-back as Conor Townsend sits out a one-game ban after reaching five yellow cards for the season, while recent signing Prince Buaben is in contention for his first start for the club .
