Gillingham have confirmed that striker Delroy Facey has left the club by mutual consent.
The 28-year-old finished last season on loan at Wycombe Wanderers, having fallen out of favour at Priestfield soon after the appointment of Mark Stimson as manager.
Stimson told the club's official website: "With the arrival of Mark McCammon, I couldn't guarantee Delroy first-team football.
"It's good for him that he's chosen to move on and I wish him all the best for the future."
Facey only joined the Gills a year ago from Rotherham United, while the Chairboys became his 11th professional club.
