FA charge for Gills pair

The Football Association has charged Gillingham chairman Paul Scally and striker David Graham in relation to his move to the Priestfield in August.
The 29-year-old striker joined the Gills from Sheffield Wednesday in the summer and has made 18 appearances for the club.
However, both the player and the Scally have been charged with allegedly dealing with Jon Kirtland and/or Chris McMenemy, neither of whom was a licensed agent.
Both parties have until January 9 to appeal and Scally has already confirmed his intention to do so.
"The FA made contact with us about two months ago and said we could be in trouble," he told the club's official website.
"We used all our reasonable endeavours to ensure that Jon and/or Chris was a licensed agent so we are astonished that the FA sees fit to bring this charge against us.
"We were told that we were dealing with a licensed agent and feel totally let down, so we will definitely appeal."
