Defender King returns to training

Gillingham defender Simon King has returned to light training, six months after suffering a serious ankle injury.King had to have surgery in September after damaging it during a pre-season friendly against Bromley in July. "It is a big day, a massive day for me. I've been looking forward to this day for months," King told BBC Radio Kent.
