Laudrup pleased with Getafe

Getafe coach Michael Laudrup was delighted with his side's performance in their 1-1 draw away to Bayern Munich in the first leg of their UEFA Cup quarter-final.

Romanian Cosmin Contra netted in the final minute to level the aggregate scores and leave the Spaniards in pole position for the second leg next week.

Laudrup said: "I think the goal came at just the right time.

"I had a great feeling throughout the second half, even without our goal and 1-1 is a great result.

"We know that no team is perfect. Teams like Bayern are used to having things their own way, but we did not let them have more of the ball."
