The Germany national squad, plus coach Joachim Loew and his backroom staff, stand to make 300,000 euros (413,640 US dollars) per head if they win the Euro 2012 title in the Ukraine and Poland next June.
Germany play a friendly against the Ukraine on Friday in Kiev, which will host the Euro 2012 final on July 1 next year and the Germans stand to each walk away with a bumper pay out if they win their fourth European title.
"The coaching staff is included in the scheme," Loew confirmed in a telephone conference on Sunday.
In the event of Germany failing to qualify from the group stages, the squad get nothing.
For reaching the quarter-finals, the team get 50,000 euros each from the German Football Federation (DFB), 100,000 euros for the semi-finals and 150,000 euros for reaching the final.
Germany are also set to host the Netherlands in a friendly in Hamburg on November 15 and Loew said Hanover 96 goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler, 22, will make his debut either against the Ukraine or Holland.
Loew said the Germans may switch to a traditional 4-4-2 formation, which means star strikers Mario Gomez of Bayern Munich and Lazio's Miroslav Klose could play together.
Loew has said playmakers Mesut Ozil and Mario Goetze are set to play together in one of the two matches.
