Milito hints at summer switch

Argentinian striker Diego Milito accepts that he could leave Genoa in the summer.

The 29-year-old has enjoyed a prolific season, scoring 15 times in Serie A and helping Genoa, who remain unbeaten at home, move up to fifth in the table.

Milito said after the 1-0 victory at Napoli: "I am not thinking about any summer move at the moment because I just want to help Genoa achieve some important targets.

"I love Genoa and everybody knows it, including the president. However, we will see what happens at the end of the season.

"This is a good time for us. We always try to have the same approach to our games. We are pleased with this important victory, which came after two draws and a defeat. We truly needed this."
