Biography: Alesha Anjanette Dixon is a British Pop/R&B singer-songwriter, Dancer, Model and TV personality. She first found fame when she joined the girl group Mis-Teeq. After they separated in 2005, Alesha pursed a solo music career. Dixon became a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing in 2007 and went on to win. In 2009 Alesha became a judge on the same show after replacing Arlene Phillips. Reportedly Alesha was dating Aston Villa footballer John Carew.
