Football: Czech winger Cerny to join Sivasspor: agent

Slavia Prague's Czech winger Milan Cerny is joining Turkish outfit Sivasspor on a three-year deal, the 23-year-old's agent Pavel Zika said Wednesday.

Cerny, who has already joined Sivasspor at a training camp in Austria, has played three games for the Czech national team, scoring one goal.

He also played ten games for the Czech under-21 team, which won bronze at the European championships in Denmark last month.
