Zamora interests Tigers

Hull manager Phil Brown has confirmed his interest in signing Fulham striker Bobby Zamora. The Tigers boss looks set to miss out on Nancy striker Marc-Antoine Fortune, who is set to hold talks with Celtic. Brown has not given up hope of landing the Frenchman, but could turn his attention to former West Ham striker Zamora. "We`ve got to do our business from club-to-club so it would be remiss of me to say too much, but he`s a player we`re interested in." Brown told the Hull Daily Mail. "Bobby didn`t do himself justice last year but he was part and parcel of a Fulham side that finished seventh in the table. "His hold-up play was first class and if you can couple that with the confidence levels that come with goals, then you might have a goalscorer on your hands."
