Top 10: Greatest Premier League comebacks - 10 - Manchester City 2-3 Fulham

22 March 2012 09:44
Fulham travelled to Manchester City in April 2008, knowing that only a win would do if they were to have any hope of avoiding relegation.

Roy Hodgson's men needed a win to be in with a chance, but things did not go in their favour.

First-half goals from Stephen Ireland and Benjani left Fulham needing a remarkable second half comeback to stand any chance.

A 70th minute goal from Diomansy Kamara gave them that very chance before a Danny Murphy penalty equalised for Fulham.

The draw was not enough for Fulham and as they piled on the pressure Kamara was left in space and he lashed the ball into the roof of the net.

Fulham dramatically went on to secure Premier League survival after winning their remaining two games of the season.
