Dimitar Berbatov moved to Fulham for a bargain fee of £4,000,000 and took no time to settle. Scoring a brace against West Brom on his debut for his new side.
The Bulgarian took a sublime first touch – before turning on the ball and placing it in to the top right corner. Berbatov was joint top goal scorer in the 10/11 season, only to sit out the following season the bench for Manchester United.
Martin Jol, who previously worked with Berbatov from his time at Tottenham Hotspur. re-signed Dimitar and already he is proving his worth. The star man at Craven Cottage now, Berbatov will be crucial to Fulham and Martin Jol this season.
