Sergio Aguero is in line to make his comeback for Manchester City against Fulham after returning to training this week from a hamstring injury, having not featured since New Year's Day.

Jack Rodwell is also in contention after recovering from a hamstring problem and Samir Nasri returns after serving a three-match suspension but City are missing Yaya and Kolo Toure and back-up striker Abdul Razak, who are at the African Cup of Nations.

Left-back Aleksandar Kolarov returned from a knee injury as a substitute against Arsenal but right-back Maicon (knee) and midfielder Micah Richards are still out. Fulham boss Martin Jol has confirmed Dimitar Berbatov will return to his side for the trip to the Etihad Stadium.

The striker was rested for Tuesday's FA Cup third-round replay win over Blackpool but Jol has said Berbatov will be named in his team. Steve Sidwell is also available after recovering from a hamstring problem but both Mahamadou Diarra (knee) and Kerim Frei (pelvis) are still missing.
