Fulham defender Carlos Salcido has joined Mexican side Tigres on a season-long deal after failing to settle in England, the English Premier League club confirmed Wednesday.
Salcido, 31, joined Fulham last season from PSV Eindhoven but had grown increasingly unsettled following a robbery at his home which prompted his family to leave England.
Salcido, who represented Mexico in both the 2006 and 2010 World Cups, has joined Tigres after undergoing a medical on Tuesday.
Fulham confirmed the loan deal on their official website.
