Rafik Halliche signs three-year Fulham deal

New recruit: Defender Halliche has signed for Fulham[LNB]Fulham have signed Algeria defender Rafik Halliche from Benfica on a three-year deal. [LNB]The 23-year-old has been training with the Cottagers and is delighted to have put pen to paper after a fee, believed to be £1.3million, was agreed. [LNB]He said: 'I'm so happy that my transfer to Fulham has been finalised. [LNB]'For me, the Premier League is the best league in the world and to be able to play alongside some wonderful players and to be given an opportunity to compete against some fantastic teams for a team like Fulham is something that I've always dreamed of doing.' [LNB]Halliche joined Benfica in 2008 but spent the last two season on loan at Nacional Madeira. He played in all three of Algeria's matches at the World Cup in South Africa.
