Skysports.com understands that a host of Premier League scouts are set to check on Israeli star Elyaniv Barda on Wednesday evening. Barda will line-up for Israel when they face Northern Ireland at Windsor Park. The Racing Genk striker has long been followed by clubs from England, but a pre-transfer deadline day move could be on the cards for the 27-year-old. Over the past 12 months Barda has attracted interest from the like of Celtic, Bolton and Everton - who are believed to have even lodged a bid for him in January. Now it is understood that Fulham, Blackburn and Portsmouth will be amongst the clubs who will dispatch scouts to watch Barda. The Israeli international is comfortable playing behind the front two providing the ammunition or playing up front scoring the goals. Barda began his career in his homeland and joined Genk from Hapoel Tel Aviv in 2007 - and he has settled well in Western Europe with some 21 goals in 52 league starts since he joined.
