Pompey up first for Fulham

Fulham have been handed a trip to the south coast to take on Portsmouth on the opening day of the 2009/2010 Barclays Premier League season on August 15. That is followed by home games against Blackburn and west London neighbours Chelsea before clash with Aston Villa at Villa Park at the end of the month. Arsenal visit Craven Cottage on September 26, the Cottagers face West Ham at Upton Park on October 3 before entertaining Liverpool on October 31. Home dates against Manchester United and Tottenham are scheduled for December 19 and Boxing Day with a trip to Stamford Bridge on December 28. The Cottagers then travel to White Hart Lane to take on Tottenham on January 26, face Manchester United at Old Trafford on March 13 and Liverpool at Anfield on April 10. Their final home game of the season is against West Ham on May 1 before bringing the curtain down on their season at Arsenal on May 9.
