Fulham have had a £2.5million bid for goalkeeper Craig Gordon turned down by Hearts according to Tynecastle boss Valdas Ivanauskas.
Gordon, 24, has been linked with a move to the Premiership for a number of years and speculation suggested he would leave Hearts in the transfer window after the Scotland international supported former captain Steven Pressley's criticism of the way the club was being run by majority shareholder Vladimir AS Romanov.
Pressley left the SPL side in December, but after attending a disciplinary meeting with club officials, Gordon claimed he was happy to stay at Tynecastle.
The Edinburgh-born keeper was also handed the captain's armband.
Fulham are in the market for a new goalkeeper after seeing regular number one Antti Niemi suffer a neck injury at the beginning of January.
The Finland international has yet to return to action leaving Cottagers boss Chris Coleman short of goalkeeping cover.
But Hearts are not willing to sell one of the most popular players at the club - or at least not for the amount Fulham have offered.
Ivanauskas told the Edinburgh Evening News: "They have interest in Craig but financial details are not my job.
"For me, that (£2.5million) is a very small price."
