Kameni refuses to fuel rumours

Espanyol goalkeeper Carlos Kameni has refused to comment on speculation linking him with a move to Fulham or West Ham in the Premier League.[LNB] The Cameroon goalkeeper has long been linked with a move to England and almost joined Wolves in 2003 only to be refused a work permit.[LNB]He has since established himself as one of the best keepers in Spain, and has over 60 international caps to his name.[LNB]The latest speculation in Spain claims that both Fulham and West Ham are closely monitoring his situation but Kameni refused to go into any detail when quizzed about the possible interest.[LNB]"Now I only think about my work, for training and not in other questions," he said.[LNB]"The rumours are rumours, and I do not want extra pressure.[LNB]"The papers have praised my performances in the last few matches, but I do no need to demonstrate this as this is my mission each day."[LNB]
