Kameni eyes Premier challenge

Cameroon goalkeeper Carlos Kameni would relish the opportunity to play in the Premier League.[LNB] The shot-stopper's contract with Espanyol runs out at the end of the current season and he has previously been linked with a move to Tottenham, as well as Fulham and Newcastle.[LNB]He admits he would like to test himself in the English top flight after impressive displays in La Liga.[LNB]Speaking exclusively to skysports.com, Kameni said: "I am very well at the moment. To be linked with the Premier League is good, although I am just concentrating on playing here for Espanyol.[LNB]No problem"I almost joined Wolves in the 2003/2004 season but I could not get a work permit, although nowadays it will be no problem.[LNB]"To play in the Premier League will be fantastic for me and my career. I have tested myself in La Liga. The Premier League has got good strikers I want to face as well and show that I am a good keeper."[LNB]Kameni added that he would love for Cameroon to reach the World Cup finals in South Africa next summer and challenge for honours.[LNB]
