Fulham manager Martin Jol is considering a bid to sign Ajax striker Mounir El Hamdaoui for the third time in his career.[LNB] Jol is looking to bolster his attacking options at Craven Cottage as the Dutchman wants to ensure he has adequate back-up for Bobby Zamora.[LNB]He has been linked with a swoop for El Hamdaoui, who has fallen out of favour at Ajax under current coach Frank de Boer.[LNB]El Hamdaoui joined Ajax on a four-year contract from AZ Alkmaar last summer when Jol was in charge and he has also attracted the interest of PSV Eindhoven.[LNB]The 27-year-old was also signed by Jol for Tottenham six years ago, although he failed to make an impact at White Hart Lane.[LNB]He could now be offered another stab at the Premier League after Jol acknowledged his interest in El Hamdaoui.[LNB]"It's not unthinkable for me to sign Mounir," Jol told Dutch magazine NU Sport.[LNB]"He is incredibly honest and amazingly direct. He could be a pleasant surprise."
