Johnson injury mars Fulham win

Andy Johnson gave Fulham an injury scare after helping secure a comfortable 3-1 victory over Amkar Perm in their Europa League play-off.[LNB]Johnson converted Bobby Zamora's superb pass after just three minutes to put the hosts ahead but was forced from the pitch midway through the second half following an outrageous body-check that sent the England striker sprawling.[LNB]When he eventually arose from the challenge cynically executed by Dmitry Belorukov, Johnson prodded his left shoulder before leaving the pitch with his arm dangling.[LNB]The incident marred an otherwise successful night for Fulham who established a comfortable lead for the second leg with further goals from Clint Dempsey and Zamora.[LNB]Dempsey curled a fine shot into the top left corner six minutes after the break, while Zamora thumped home a third after substitute Damien Duff - making his Fulham debut - had crossed for Erik Nevland to nod down.[LNB]Vitaliy Grishin ensured Amkar, who sit 13th out of 16 in the Russian Premier League, got on the scoresheet with 15 minutes to go and the goal may force manager Roy Hodgson to field a stronger side than he had initially planned for next week's second leg.
