Fulham manager Chris Coleman has decided to give Collins John a second chance after previously saying that the Dutchman would never play for the Cottagers again.
The 21-year-old's agent angered Coleman last month when he insisted the striker wanted to leave Craven Cottage, only for John to reject the chance to move to either Watford or Sheffield United.
However, John came on as a substitute in the FA Cup fifth round defeat to Spurs and Coleman has not ruled out the possibility of the forward starting the Premiership clash with Manchester United.
"Regardless of what's happened before, any player who wants to play and work hard for Fulham has got a big part to play as far as I'm concerned," he said.
"Collins came on against Spurs and had a very good chance which unfortunately didn't go in, but he tried very hard and as long as that's the case that's all I'm interested in."
