Ireland cleared after hospital visit
Stephen Ireland has been given the all-clear after being taken to hospital on Wednesday night following Manchester City's Carling Cup win over Fulham.[LNB] The midfielder was substituted complaining of dizziness and feeling unwell in the 75th minute, and was later taken for tests.[LNB] However, the club have confirmed that nothing was found wrong with the 23-year-old, who will now take some time to rest before resuming training, but is expected to be available for Monday's visit of West Ham.
