Hughes agrees new Fulham contract

Fulham defender Aaron Hughes has agreed a new contract which is set to keep him at the club until the summer of 2013.The 30-year-old Northern Ireland captain began his career at Newcastle before joining Aston Villa in 2005. Hughes, who arrived at Fulham in 2007 after two years at Villa, said: "I've enjoyed my time here even in my first term when things weren't going well."
