Hughes Wants International Recognition For Zamora

Mark Hughes, the new Fulham manager, hopes Bobby Zamora will make the England team. Zamora arguably had the best season of his career last term and was already considered for Fabio Capello's provisional squad for the World Cup. However, Zamora unfortunately suffered an achilles injury which ended any hope of him making it to South Africa. Hughes recently stated, 'It's down to Bobby. If he plays well for Fulham, then he may get recognition at international level'. And if he has a good a season as he did 09-10,  there's no reason he shouldn't.
