Hughes happy with point

Fulham boss Mark Hughes was satisfied to take a point from his side`s opening-day fixture at Bolton. The Cottagers had goalkeeper David Stockdale - in the side in place of Arsenal target Mark Schwarzer - to thank for preserving them a point. "In recent times Fulham's away form hasn't been that accomplished and we haven't been able to pick up that many points away from home," Hughes said. "It is a good start for us and maybe with a little bit more in that final third when we had a couple of opportunities we would have been able to create some clear-cut chances. "As it was, we just lacked that quality on the final ball and the chances were missed but, apart from that, I thought it was a decent performance."
