Houllier Recommends Roy For Anfield Role
Former Anfield boss Gerard Houllier has told Liverpool to give the manager's job to Roy Hodgson. The Daily Star Sunday says Liverpool managing director Christian Purslow has talked with many influential figures with Anfield connections in his search for a new boss. And Houllier is understood to be the latest to recommend the experienced Hodgson, 62. The Fulham boss is now emerging as the favourite for the job.
