Hodgson unmoved over Davis

Fulham have warned Rangers that they will have to meet their valuation of £4million if they are to land Northern Ireland midfielder Steven Davis.
The 23-year-old impressed while on loan at Ibrox last season, but new Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson has hinted that Davis has a future with the Premier League club.
He told The Daily Mail: "I know Rangers are interested in buying him and they have made bids which, so far, we have not found acceptable.
"He will only leave if a club matches our valuation.
"Every player has his price but, as far as we are concerned, Steven is still part of our squad and he will be welcomed back here."
Davis only joined Fulham a year ago from Aston Villa, but was allowed to head to Scotland in the January transfer window.
Meanwhile, young defender TJ Moncur has been handed a new one-year contract by the Cottagers.
The 20-year-old has yet to feature in the Fulham first team, but impressed while on loan at Bradford City last term.
