Cottagers boss felt his side shaded JJB affair[LNB] Fulham boss Roy Hodgson felt his side should have claimed all three points from their trip to Wigan on Saturday.[LNB]The Cottagers played well at the JJB Stadium but were unable to break down the Latics' stubborn defence meaning the game ended goalless.[LNB]Hodgson was pleased with his side's performance and felt one goal would have been enough to claim their first away win of the season.[LNB]Better chances"I thought we had the better chances and had the better of the play," he said.[LNB]"I would have accepted a point before the game, I can't say that after the game. I thought we did enough to win it.[LNB]"I thought our first-half performance, where we got into good positions, that it was just a matter of time it looked before we scored. Their chances to score were few and far between.[LNB]"In the second half for large periods we dominated possession but there was always a last-ditch tackle in the final instance to keep us out.[LNB]"We were a hair's breadth from scoring in this game. The boys did well today. We defended well. I think that I can be reasonably correct in saying that if any team had won it should have been us."[LNB]
