Hangeland's Reaction To Goals
Brede Hangeland expressed relief after managing to cancel out his own goal in the game against Manchester United. The defender scored and brought the game to 2-2 in the final minutes of the match. He claims after making the mistake of hitting the ball into the back of the wrong net, he was determined to make ammends and he did. Hangeland got on the end of Damien Duff's corner and his towering header beat United's 'keeper, Van der Sar. Mark Hughes praised his side's team spirit and walked away from the game with a point for Fulham.
