Greening vows to take his chances

Jonathan Greening has vowed to remain patient as he bids to win a place in the Fulham midfield ahead of Danny Murphy or Dickson Etuhu. Mark Hughes has started the season with Murphy and Etuhu - who just penned a new deal - at the heart of the side but Greening intends to make the most of any opportunities which come his way. "I am just trying to work hard and wait for my chance to get on the field," Greening told the club's official website. "Danny and Dickson have been doing a good job so I've just got to be patient. "I'm ready and I've got to take my chance so the manager would find it difficult to leave me out."
