Gers press on with Danns chase

Rangers boss Ally McCoist admits he remains "very keen" to sign Crystal Palace midfielder Neil Danns, who has also been linked with Fulham.[LNB] The Scottish champions have failed in their bid to sign Israel international Tomer Hemed, according to the player's agent.[LNB]With Hemed opting out of a deal, Rangers could now turn their attention to Danns, with McCoist a confirmed admirer of the midfielder.[LNB]"As regards Neil, our head of football administration, Andrew Dickson, has spoken to his representative and we are keen, very keen," McCoist told the club's website.[LNB]"That's one we are pursuing further as well. He's a player we are keen on."[LNB]Fulham are also reported to be monitoring Danns, who is available on a free transfer this summer.
